According to Sky Italia's Gianluca Di Marzio, West Ham have offered €20m (£15.25m) for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca - but Milan want around €25m (£19m).

Bacca, 29, has been banging goals in for fun over the last few years, as after 111 goals in 205 games in South America, the Colombian hitman took his goalscoring talents to Europe.

After 31 goals in 55 games for Belgian side Club Brugge, Bacca earned his big move to Sevilla, where another 49 goals in 108 games helped the Spanish side win two successive Europa League titles.

Now in Italy with Milan, Bacca has hit 20 goals this season, meaning it's now 69 goals in the last three seasons for the Colombian international - and he appears to have caught the eye of West Ham.

Sky Italia's Gianluca Di Marzio reports that West Ham have submitted a €20m (£15.25m) offer for Bacca, but whilst Milan are willing to sell this summer, they want €25m (£19m) for the striker.

Bacca is believed to be keen on the move, but only on one condition - that West Ham are willing to match the £59,000-a-week wages he earns at the San Siro.

A £19m transfer fee as well as a £3m salary every year may seen like a gamble for the Hammers considering Bacca's age, but with a proven goalscoring record in South America, Belgium, Spain and Italy, Bacca could be the man to score on a regular basis for Slaven Bilic's men.
