The playmaker had a great end to the 2014/15 season, but was limited to just nine Premier League starts this past season, with on and off-field issues plaguing him.
Now heading down to the Championship with Villa, Grealish has been impressing with the England Under-21's as they won the Toulon Tournament, scoring two goals as England won the competition.

Those performances appear to have attracted interest, as The Telegraph report that three Premier League clubs are keen to offer Grealish an instant return to the top flight.
Everton, Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur are all believed to be keen on signing Grealish this summer, with clubs seemingly prepared to take a chance on his potential after a disappointing season.

A move to Tottenham would be particularly interesting, as Grealish would join a manager who devotes his time to developing young players, whilst he would also be able to play alongside other young English talents like Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Harry Kane.
Spurs are believed to be considering a move to bring Grealish to White Hart Lane, but with interest from Everton and Stoke too, they could face a fight for his signature.
