The striker had a tough season in 2015-16 at The Hawthorns.
It has been a tough season for West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino. The Baggies frontman spent plenty of time on the sidelines at The Hawthorns this term. It came after his apparently desired Tottenham Hotspur move never came to fruition and he publicly criticised West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace.
He also struggled with his fitness throughout the campaign. He suffered from some niggling injury problems and appeared to be put on some weight at one point in the season.

But he is clearly intent on making sure next season is not as disappointing.
The West Brom striker is clearly not letting his holiday plans get in the way of his own personal fitness regime.
He sent this picture on his official Twitter account earlier today:

Berahino’s future at West Brom remains in doubt but he it seems that he is currently focused on getting himself into the best condition possible for the start of the Premier League season in August.

At the start of the season he would have had hopes of making the England squad for Euro 2016 this summer.
Now he must get back to his best for the good of his club and international future.
