Reports in France are suggesting that Championship outfits Brighton and Queens Park Rangers are interested in talented Frenchman Sehrou Guirassy.

L’Equipe is reporting that both clubs are looking into his signature after watching him in action at the Toulon Festival this month.

Guirassy was linked with several teams abroad last summer after impressing with Stade Lavallois but ended up switching to Ligue 1 outfit Lille.

After not being able to establish himself in their first-team he ended up heading out on loan to Auxerre. He impressed with AJA, scoring eight goals in 16 appearances for the club. He also impressed at the Toulon festival – scoring three goals in five games for France as they made the final, before losing to England.

Brighton will be looking to bring in some fresh blood after their promotion disappointment. QPR on the other hand are about to embark on their first full season under Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and he will want to bring in his own players to help them in their hunt for promotion.

Guirassy would be an excellent acquisition for either or Brighton or QPR and it will be interesting to see how this story develops.
