Glasgow Rangers boss Mark Warburton has already brought four players to Ibrox during the transfer window so far.
Mark Warburton has already pencilled in June 18th as the date Rangers will return back for pre-season, to begin their preparations for playing in the Scottish Premiership.
The Ibrox side have already signed four players this summer - in the shape of Joey Barton, Matt Crooks, Jordan Rossiter and Josh Windass, and more additions are set to be made.
Rangers are looking to add considerable depth to their squad, to enable them to compete in the top flight of Scottish football.
And Warburton is aiming to have his business at Ibrox completed early on in the transfer window, with Robertson confirming further deals are close to completion.
“We have already signed four and there are others in the pipeline,” the Rangers chief said. “Hopefully we will have the majority done before June 18, and that’s really important as it allows the boys to bed in and you then have them bonding as a group and creating the team spirit as quickly as possible, and that’s something we’re going to need next season.”
Rangers have backed Warburton with funds, as they look to break up Celtic’s period of dominance over Scotland’s top flight.
The Light Blues are still being linked with a host of players, with Niko Kranjcar believed to be one of the players edging closer to a move to Ibrox.
