Payet had a pass accuracy of 81% and a shot accuracy of 55%, and won two headers, 67 dribbles and 16 tackles.
West Ham finished seventh in the Premier League with 62 points from 38 matches. Slaven Bilic’s side have booked their place in the Europa League third qualifying round.
The London outfit will move into the Olympic Stadium next season, and they will be determined to have yet another successful Premier League campaign.
