Both Leicester and Middlesbrough are said to have enquired about Perez and now according to reports from Marca, the two Premier League sides have received the same answer.

Deportivo are believed to have made it clear that they are not willing to negotiate on Perez’s asking price and interested clubs will have no other option than to activate the striker’s release clause, which is around £15 million, in order to sign him.

Along with Leicester and Middlesbrough, even Sevilla and Napoli are believed to be interested in signing Perez and it will be interesting to see where the 27-year-old will end up next season.
