According to a report in the Daily Mail, Celtic are planning to bid for Sunderland striker Danny Graham.
New Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has made signing a striker a priority, after being appointed at Parkhead.
Rodgers is expecting both Carlton Cole and Stefan Scepovic to leave Celtic in the coming months, and he wants to bolster his options up-front.
Leigh Griffiths is likely to remain as the Bhoys main front man, but Rodgers is hoping to add Graham to his ranks.
Rodgers worked with Graham at both Watford and Swansea earlier in their respective careers, and he got the best out of the 30-year-old.
Graham is set to become a free agent in the coming weeks, with his current contract at Sunderland due to expire.
Graham is reportedly on £35,000-a-week at Sunderland, but Rodgers is optimistic of convincing the striker to take a cut in his salary to move to Celtic.
Wigan Athletic, Preston North End and Birmingham City are also interested in signing Graham, according to the Mail.
