The Real Madrid star has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu this summer.

Matteo Kovacic has been speaking to the press in his Croatian homeland as he gets prepared for the Champions League final with Real Madrid.
Whilst most of the questions put to him related to the final at the San Siro on Saturday he was also asked about his Real Madrid future- specifically if he was interested in a mooted loan switch to AC Milan or Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.
He did not wish to be drawn on such matters so close to the Champions League final, telling Vecernji List:
“It is not wise to talk about it (my future) now because in a few days, we have the final of the Champions League.”
Kovacic was of course heavily linked with both clubs last summer.

It was reported in August last year by The Telegraph among others that Liverpool were keen on a £25 million move for the player.
Tottenham were more recently linked with a move for the player. In March AS reported that Spurs and Sevilla were keen on signing the Croatian international – who has struggled to settle at Real Madrid.
Kovacic has played mostly as a substitute for the club this season and has not had the impact he would have liked since making the switch from Inter Milan last summer.
He would be an outstanding addition to either team, but for now it seems the 22-year-old will be keeping tight-lipped about his future.
