Liverpool are ready to make a second move for talented 19-year-old French winger Angelo Fulgini, according to a report in L’Equipe.

The report claims Liverpool have continued to keep tabs on the player and that they are currently watching him in action at the Toulon Festival – where England’s under-21s are currently impressing.

The Valenciennes winger will of course ring a bell with many Liverpool fans. It was only last summer that the club reportedly offered him a trial spell at the club, as reported by Get French Football News.

The report claimed AC Milan were also keen on his services but that he preferred Liverpool as his next destination.

In the end no move happened.

Fulgini stayed at Valenciennes, featuring 32 times for the club last season in Ligue 2 and scoring three goals, for last season and it appears as though Liverpool are now hoping to finally bring him in.

Fulgini, who was born in the Ivory Coast, is currently representing the French under-20s and is considered one of the top young talents in French football.

So Liverpool would be making a shrewd move if they managed to bring him in.
