Now, West Ham have announce the signing of another top teenage star - and it's an exciting one, as Chelsea youngster Domingos Quina has signed on the dotted line.
The 16-year-old had been on the books at Benfica before a move to Chelsea, and he's now decided to move across London and join up with Bilic's side.
A Portugal Under-17 international despite being born in Guinea Bissau, Quina is a highly-rated playmaker who looks set to have a future ahead of him - and he has now been hailed by a West Ham coach.

Terry Westley, who works as West Ham's academy director and coach, has told the club's official website that he thinks Quina is a 'potentially massive signing' for the Hammers.
Westley added that Quina reminds him of current West Ham star Manuel Lanzini, because he can both score and create goals as well as run in behind defences.
"Domingos has just won the European U17 Championship and is some talent," said Westley. "Having seen him train with us for four weeks, I cannot wait for him to arrive back and see what he can do."
West Ham's Manuel Lanzini celebrates
"For me, he has the same qualities as a Manuel Lanzini, in that he likes to come deep and receive the ball and then run with it, while he also possesses the quality to run in behind – he is both a goal-scorer and a goal-creator. As I said, this is a potentially massive signing for West Ham United," he added.
