The Chinese businessman completed his takeover at the club last week, replacing Randy Lerner as the club’s owner.
He has grand plans for the Villans, having already disclosed he wants to see them in the top three clubs in the world in future.

There will need to be major changes at the club if that to happen, with them set to play in the Championship next season after a disastrous Premier League campaign.
And Xia says he thinks that the Villa fans will agree that the scouting team needs improvement.
“I think a lot of Villa fans will agree that one thing we have to make much stronger is the scouting team,” he told the Telegraph.
“I think, more or less, the scouting team they had before, they have to take a lot of responsibility.”

There is no denying that Aston Villa’s recruitment team has not performed well in recent years.
Last summer was the worst, as a number of a signings arrived at the club to try and replace Fabian Delph and Christian Benteke, but few turned out to be smart purchases.
Indeed, their poor work in the transfer window was one of the main causes of their poor season, and it is no surprise to see Xia is keen to change it.
