Liverpool are prepared to listen to offers for the winger.
The Telegraph's report states that Liverpool are willing to listen to offers for the winger who has been on the fringes of the first-team under Reds boss Jurgen Klopp this season.
The 20-year-old has made a total of 41 first-team appearances in all competitions this season - many of them either from the bench or starting when Klopp has made several changes to the side - scoring four goals and providing four assists in the process.
Some had hoped that he would be able to kick on this season at Anfield after the departure of Raheem Sterling. Although the comparisons were perhaps premature, many have seen the talent Ibe has but his form has been inconsistent and frustrating at times this season.
Southampton are not only the club who have been linked with a move for him, as the report states Watford are interested in the youngster, which was also earlier reported by the Guardian back in March.
It does seem that Ibe may struggle to be a regular fixture in Klopp's plans next season, especially without the added game time of European football to contend with, and as a result it could be wise for him to move on and get regular first-team action elsewhere.
There has been some talk for a while now that Ibe could be on the way out as Liverpool look to rebuild ahead of the start of next season. He certainly has something to offer another top flight side and under a good manager where the spotlight is perhaps not on him as much could be the place to do that.
