Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the 20-year-old.
Quoted by ESPN, Barcelona technical director Robert Fernandez confirmed that Sandro Ramirez can leave Camp Nou this summer.
The 20-year-old was linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window but a transfer never materialised (talkSPORT).
Sandro is a product of the Catalans' La Masia academy, but with Luis Enrique boasting such a wide array of attacking talent, the youngster has managed only 17 Liga appearances throughout his two years in the senior set up.
"Sandro has already had offers to leave last summer," Fernandez is quoted as saying by ESPN.
"We weighed it up at that time, in the situation we had when we could not sign anyone, and he made an effort to stay. We appreciate that.
"There was a date, May 1, a limit to extend his contract for one year, but after what he did [agree to stay] we thought the fairest thing to do was to open the door."
The winger has not scored in any of his 10 Liga appearances this season, but has netted three times in helping the Blaugrana successfully defend the Copa del Rey.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is not blessed with a wealth of quality attacking options. Erik Lamela and Christian Eriksen were his first choice wide men this past season, whereas Nacer Chadli and Son Heung-min sat in reserve.
Eriksen, to be fair, is a wonderful footballer, but there might be question marks over the other three, though it was Son's first season in England following a £22 million switch from Bayer Leverkusen.
