According to a report on ESPN, Everton striker Romelu Lukaku wants a return to Chelsea this summer.

Lukaku has hinted that he will exit Goodison Park in the coming months, with the 23-year-old set to be in-demand in the upcoming transfer window.

Lukaku has developed a reputation as one of the finest strikers in the Premier League, as he has scored prolifically for a number of seasons despite his tender years.

The Belgian international now reportedly feels that the time has come to leave Everton, and his preferred destination is Stamford Bridge.

Lukaku had been at Chelsea as a youngster, but the Blues allowed him to leave on a permanent transfer to join Everton in 2014.

Lukaku has since scored 28 goals in 73 Premier League appearances for the Toffees.
