How Robert Snodgrass reacted on Twitter to Brendan Rodgers appointment

Hull City winger Robert Snodgrass welcomed Brendan Rodgers’s appointment as the Celtic manager.

Snodgrass has been on the books of Hull since 2014 and has a contract until June 2017.

The winger is an important players for the Tigers and could play in the Premier League next season with them.

Rodgers was recently appointed the Celtic manager, and The Daily Express has claimed that the former Liverpool boss wants to bring in the 28-year-old Scotland international winger.

If Celtic do make an approach for Snodgrass in the summer, then there is a good chance that the former Leeds United star will at least think about it.

That’s because when Rodgers was appointed the manager of the Scottish Premiership giants, the former Norwich City man welcomed the move on Twitter.

Hull have reached the Championship playoff final this campaign and could find themselves in the Premier League next season.

Snodgrass has scored three goals and created 57 chances in 25 league matches for Hull so far this campaign.
