Rangers were embroiled in post-match controversy this weekend against Hibernian, through no fault of their own.
But cast your mind back 12 months and it was Motherwell and striker Lee Erwin who were antagonising the Gers.
Erwin signed for Leeds United shortly afterwards, and had a poor season at Elland Road, barely featuring and failing to score.
On Saturday evening he favourited a message on Twitter from a Rangers fans, suggesting he sign for the club this summer.
It would not take much to convince Leeds United to convince their losses on Erwin, but would the entire Rangers fan base suddenly begin to like him? We are not so sure.
Erwin was involved in a scrap with hot head Bilel Mohnsi last year, in his last act in Scottish football.
Rangers have new management since the play-off against Motherwell and anything is possible. Certainly it appears Erwin is not totally against a switch...
