The Hammers are on the hunt to quell their right-back issues.
Arsenal right-back Debuchy is widely expected to leave the Gunners in the off-season, having been allowed to join Bordeaux on loan in January, while his equivalent at Paris Saint-Germain is out of contract with les Parisiens next month.
The Irons are majorly lacking an established right-back, with Michail Antonio more or less fulfilling that role in a wing-back position at times this past season.
However, Slaven Bilic has identified the aforementioned names as players who could solve that problem, say Get French Football.
One problem might be wages. Given they play for very wealthy Champions League clubs, matching what they already earn may prove troublesome for the Hammers, who have designs on smashing their transfer record for a striker this summer.
Debuchy, who joined Arsenal in 2014 from Newcastle United, has two years to go. With him, his injury record is also a worry, having barely featured during his 18-month stint in North London.
The pair have 72 international cups between them - 27 for Frenchman Debuchy and 45 for the Netherlands defender.
