The 19-year-old will be joining Watford from the start of next season.
One of Liverpool’s best young players has left the club. Jerome Sinclair, the club’s youngest ever player, has been confirmed as a Watford player from next season – with a fee to be settled by tribunal – as reported by Sky Sports.
The move has been on for some time but now it has finally happened the rumours around the reported deal can finally come to an end.
As far as Liverpool fans are concerned the deal certainly has two angles.
First of all they are disappointed to be losing a talented player. Signed from West Brom in 2011 he looked to be a great striking prospect for the club but the 19-year-old may prove to be one that got away.
On the other hand, many Liverpool fans are pleased to see the back of the teenager.
Sinclair is represented by Aidy Ward’s company, the agent who brokered Raheem Sterling’s move away to Manchester City from Liverpool - a bitter sage that saw Ward continuously enrage Liverpool fans.
Here is how Liverpool fans reacted to the news of Sinclair’s departure on Twitter…
Not bothered that Sinclair has joined Watford .... Nothing special and he's another greedy player who I'm glad has left #LFC— Andrew Kirk (@Ack17Kirk) May 21, 2016
Apparently Jerome Sinclair had a very footballing aptitude in terms of footballing ability. Yet he is leaving on a freebie. What gives #LFC?— Profondo Rosso (@Pounds_Sterling) May 21, 2016
Jerome Sinclair is definitely worth an unfollow! Think he will be a player though!— Emlyn (@LFC_EmlynTheRed) May 21, 2016
Good riddance Jerome Sinclair.— showmethemoney (@smtm_LFC) May 21, 2016
Hopefully the last player with any connections to that rat Aidy Ward and our club.
