Gold has highlighted Manuel Lanzini’s success for West Ham this past season to make his case.
Lanzini joined the Hammers on loan from United Arab Emirates club Al Jazira in the summer of 2015.
The Argentine attacking midfielder adapted well to the Premier League and was handed a four-year contract by the London outfit in March.
Gold has revealed that West Ham could bring in more players on loan in the summer on the back of the success of the 23-year-old.
“We will also look at the possibility of doing some loan deals and they have proved to be great moves for the football club,” Gold wrote on West Ham’s official website.
“You only have to look at Manuel Lanzini who arrived last summer and we didn't know how he would adjust. A year later he has been a fantastic signing for the club.”
Lanzini scored six goals and created 33 chances in 26 Premier League appearances for West Ham this past season.
The attacking midfielder had a pass accuracy of 89% and a shot accuracy of 34%, and won four headers, 57 dribbles and 26 tackles.
West Ham finished seventh in the league this past season with 62 points from 38 matches.
