According to a report on Sky Sports, Southampton are trying to sign a right-winger in the summer transfer window.
Ronald Koeman does not want to make too many alterations to his squad, and he knows that keeping his current team together could be the toughest challenge of the summer.
The Saints have had to deal with losing some of their key players over recent years, but their success has continued.
Victor Wanyama and Graziano Pelle remain of interest to a host of sides though, and it is thought that both could move on in the summer.
Wanyama could reportedly be tempted to leave St. Mary’s, while the south coast club also fear that Graziano Pelle will try and force a move away.
Pelle has dropped down to second choice striker this season, following Shane Long’s strong run of form.
Southampton do reportedly already have replacements lined up for both Wanyama and Pelle, but Koeman would rather keep the pair at the club.
