Glasgow Rangers supporters have been impressed by Josh Windass, in his final appearance for Accrington Stanley prior to his move to Ibrox.
Windass agreed to join Rangers in January, and he is set to move to Glasgow in the coming months.
The youngster played his last match for Accrington yesterday, in the play off semi-final against AFC Wimbledon.
Windass had impressed as Stanley raced into a 2-0 lead in the match, and he scored his side’s first from the spot.
However, AFC Wimbledon fought back and ended up sealing their progress to the final in extra time.
Windass was visibly dejected at full-time, but his display did enough to convince Rangers fans that he will be a good addition.
Mark Warburton has identified the 22-year-old as a player who could enhance his side’s attacking play next term, as Rangers look to compete in the Scottish Premiership.
Matt Crooks will also join Rangers from Accrington Stanley in the summer, but he did not play in Stanley’s play off match last night.

First time I've watched Josh Windass tonight. Very impressive, been the best player on the park. He'll do a job in this Warburton side.— The Wanderer (@FunAtTheTop) May 18, 2016
