Credit Suisse has hired Tom Klein from larger rival UBS to oversee capital and liquidity management for the bank’s trading unit, according to two people briefed on the matter.

Bloomberg News reports that Klein, who’s based in New York, started this week and reports to Warren Young, head of finance for global markets, said one of the people, who asked not to be identified because the hiring hasn’t been announced publicly.

In the meantime, Reuters reports that Deutsche Bank's co-chief executive Juergen Fitschen who is due to formally step down at the annual general meeting today will continue to work for the German bank, the company said.

Fitschen been with the company since 1987.
