Sunderland goalkeeper jokes about his 22-year-old team-mate.
Speaking to the club's official website, Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has joked that team-mate Duncan Watmore is a "nightmare" as the duo look set to be spending time with each other on international duty.
The pair will represent Engand Under-21s at the Toulon tournament later this month and, hailing from the same club, naturally they will be room-mates for their trip to France.
“Unfortunately I have to share a room with him again. He’s a nightmare,” joked Pickford to the Black Cats' official website.
“No, he's a great lad really and we'll play three or four times in eight days so the games are in quick succession and it’s a good experience."
In the competition, the Young Lions will square off with Portugal, Guinea, Paraguay and Japan as England look to win the competition for a fifth time - and first since 1994.
For the two Sunderland lads, it's further pressure to contend with following the club's long, but ultimately successful, relegation battle in the Premier League this past season.
Sam Allardyce's side finished 17th in the table, two points clear of North-East rivals Newcastle United, whom they relegated by beating Everton 3-0 seven days ago.
