Teenager Jack, who uses Twitter to speak to the club's fans on a regular basis, has taken to the social networking site again to give a teasing insight to the goings-on behind the scenes at West Ham.
With the dust still settling on the East Londoners' best ever Premier League season, Bilic's stock is high.
That's despite slipping to a desperately unfortunate 2-1 defeat away to Stoke City on the final day, a defeat which could yet deny the club a place in the Europa League.
With holidays and the European Championships in France beckoning there is no time like the present to get your summer transfer plans in order.
Speculation has been rife about potential big bids for the likes of Liverpool flop Christian Benteke, Lyon goal machine Alexandre Lacazette and Marseille hot shot Michy Batshuayi, as reported by the likes of the Telegraph.
And Jack Sullivan has revealed on Twitter that discussions have already taken place over the club's targets.
He said: "Dad get out your meeting with Slav and tell me what he said #transfers."

Whoever the transfer targets are, persuading them to join Bilic's East London revolution will be made all the more easier by the fact the club moves to its new 60,000 seater home at the Olympic Stadium next season.
The Hammers also open their new ground with a mouthwatering match against Italian giant Juventus.
Further incentive could be added this weekend too depending on the outcome of the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Crystal Palace.
That's because should the Red Devils win West Ham will qualify for the Europa League, a fitting achievement for what was the club's best season since 1985/86.
