As Aston Villa prepare for next season's rebuild in the Championship, they need to focus on finding a goalscorer to lead them to promotion.
It may surprise some to learn that in their squad they already have a player who has struck 19 goals in a single Championship season.
There is one catch: It was in 2010/11.
Step forward Scott Sinclair, who scored prolifically for Swansea City five years ago to lead the Welsh side to promotion to the play-offs.
He scored 19 times in 43 Championship games, and that season netted a total of 27 goals in all competitions.
His Swansea form led to a move to Manchester City in 2012, and his career has not been the same since, never managing to establish himself at the Etihad.
After moving to Aston Villa to reinvigorate his career, fans are still waiting for the penny to drop for the former Chelsea youth starlet, whose future at the club is in question as much as any other player.
Sinclair showed little last season to suggest he is capable of recapturing that outstanding Swansea form, scoring only two Premier League goals in 27 games, 19 of which were starts.
Villa need to work out if there is a way to re-energise Sinclair, whether it be via a change of position, words of encouragement from who ever the next manager may be, or decide to cut their losses.
It is unlikely the offers are going to come rolling in for the 27-year-old, and so they may be forced to try and make it work and see if dropping down a level can re-inspire Sinclair's confidence.
