Derby County striker Andreas Weimann has sent a message to Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Barry Bannan, after the Owls made it through to the play off final last night.
Weimann and Bannan were teammates at Aston Villa up until last season, when both players left the club.
Weimann went on to join Derby, while Bannan moved to Wednesday - but both seem to have remained friends.
And Weimann was delighted to see Bannan playing such a key role for Wednesday in their latest success.
