Bendik may not have been able to stop Orlando losing 2-1 at Sporting Kansas City on Sunday, but he kept the scoreline from looking far worse with an impressive 10-save performance.
RB – Keegan Rosenberry (Philadelphia Union)
The 22-year-old rookie bagged his first MLS goal in Wednesday night’s 2-2 draw with LA Galaxy before producing another strong showing on the weekend as the Union held the Montreal Impact to a 1-1 stalemate at Stade Saputo.
CB – Steve Birnbaum (D.C. United)
The US international played a key role in United’s 2-0 victory over the New York Red Bulls on Friday night at RFK Stadium, recording six interceptions, five clearances and two tackles to help shut out the visitors.
CB – Walker Zimmerman (FC Dallas)
The 22-year-old centre-back scored the winner for Dallas in Wednesday night’s 2-1 victory over reigning MLS Cup champions Portland Timbers, while also racking up eight clearances and winning five aerial duels.
Three days later, he put in another impressive display at Toyota Stadium as Oscar Pareja’s men beat the Seattle Sounders 2-0 to give them back-to-back home wins in Week 11.
LB – DaMarcus Beasley (Houston Dynamo)
The Dynamo defender helped Owen Coyle’s men bounce back from Wednesday night’s 3-1 loss at the San Jose Earthquakes with a strong performance in their 1-0 win over Real Salt Lake, making five tackles and a match-leading eight interceptions.
CM – Tommy McNamara (New York City FC)
The popular midfielder’s superb second-half strike secured NYCFC a 2-1 win at the Timbers to move them up to second place in the Eastern Conference.

CM – Pedro Morales (Vancouver Whitecaps)
Vancouver followed up Wednesday’s 2-1 win over the Chicago Fire with a thrilling 4-3 victory at Toronto FC on Saturday night, as Morales set up Kekuta Manneh for the third goal with 20 minutes remaining before scoring the fourth himself just two minutes later.
RW – Alberto Quintero (San Jose Earthquakes)
The Panamanian winger was the driving force behind San Jose’s midweek win over Houston, scoring two goals and setting up another to maintain his side’s unbeaten record at home.
AM – Lee Nguyen (New England Revolution)
The Revs playmaker stole some of the spotlight from new arrival Kei Kamara in Saturday’s clash with Chicago, grabbing a goal and assist to earn the hosts a 2-0 win.
LW – Kekuta Manneh (Vancouver Whitecaps)
The Gambian winger scored either side of half-time against Toronto before setting up Morales for what proved to be winner.
ST – Sebastian Giovinco (Toronto FC)
Like Manneh, Giovinco also recorded a brace and an assist at BMO Field, but TFC’s defensive capitulation meant his efforts were in vain.
