Tottenham star says he is known as 'Delstroyer'.
Speaking to Golden Boot TV, Alli said that he is known as 'Delstroyer'.
Alli explained it is an nickname which has followed him up from MK Dons.
He said: "There's a few different reasons, it's come about from my old team... I can't remember who I told that it was my nickname, and not everyone calls me that, only a few of the boys call me that."
The 'Del' part of the nickname speaks for itself, while Alli has shown this season at times he is very much a destroyer, unafraid to get stuck in, perhaps a little too keen to embrace the physical side of the game at times.
At his best he is a destroyer with his feet, as he showed against Stoke late in the season, netting a superb brace to ensure he reached double figures in his first season in the Premier League.
He next takes his talents to Euro 2016 with England, where he will hope to help the Three Lions achieve tournament glory.
