The forward has struggled once again at Arsenal this season.
Walcott has endured another frustrating campaign for Arsenal, having failed to thrive despite being given the central role he has craved for years.
Indeed, there is much talk about Walcott, with many feeling that he has failed to develop into the player many believed he would become when he broke onto the scene at Southampton over a decade ago.
Wenger has always stuck by him though, and he says that Walcott’s movement is the best he has ever seen as a manager.
"The quality of his runs are the best I have seen,” he told arsenal.com.
“The quality of his movement around the box, when you play against deep-lying defenders or go on the counter-attack is completely top.”
Wenger’s comments seem to suggest that he has no intention to allow Walcott to leave this summer.
There has been widespread speculation about his future, with some suggesting he has to leave the Emirates if he wishes to avoid seeing his career failing to develop.
Wenger is clearly still impressed by what he has to offer though if his latest comments are anything to go by, making any exit this summer seem very unlikely to happen.
