Confirmed: Stoke City v West Ham United lineups

Stoke City Flag

Stoke City and West Ham United will face each other in the Premier League this afternoon.

Stoke City will be looking to end the season on a high when they take on West Ham United at home in the Premier League this afternoon.

The Potters will head into the match at the Britannia Stadium on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace away from home at Selhurst Park.

Mark Hughes’s side have not been playing well or getting positive results in recent weeks, and the players will be determined to give their fans something to cheer about on the final day.

West Ham will probably be more motivated for the match, as they still have something to play for.

A win against Stoke away from home at the Britannia Stadium will see them secure a top-six finish in the Premier League and qualify for the Europa League next season.

Slaven Bilic’s side will head into the match on the back of a thrilling 3-2 victory over Manchester United in what was their last even game at the Boleyn Ground.
