Confirmed Derby County v Hull City line-ups: Bradley Johnson starts, Jakupovic in goal

Here is how Derby County and Hull City will line up this afternoon.

Derby County starting line-up: Carson; Christie, Keogh, Shackell, Olsson; Johnson, Bryson, Hughes; Ince, Martin, Russell.

Derby County substitutes: Grant, Buxton, Hendrick, Bent, Baird, Butterfield, Blackman

Hull City starting line-up: Jakupovic; Odubajo, Dawson, Davies, Robertson; Elmohamady, Huddlestone, Livermore, Snodgrass; Diame; Hernandez.

Hull City substitutes: Kuciak, Bruce, Clucas, Maguire, Maloney, Akpom, Aluko.

Derby County and Hull City meet in the Championship play-off semi-finals this afternoon as they chase a spot in the Premier League.

The Rams will be looking to bounce back having lost to Ipswich Town on the final day of the league season last weekend, with Darren Wassall hoping to guide his side back to the top flight.

There's just one change to the Derby team from that game, as midfielder George Thorne misses out having suffered a double leg break against Ipswich, with Bradley Johnson coming back into the starting line-up.

Andreas Weimann isn't on the bench as Wassall has gone with Nick Blackman instead, and he's joined on the bench by the likes of Darren Bent, Jeff Hendrick, Jacob Butterfield and returning goalkeeper Lee Grant.

Meanwhile, Hull hammered Rotherham 5-1 on the final day of the season, and have also made just one change as Eldin Jakupovic starts in goal, with January signing Dusan Kuciak left on the bench despite Allan McGregor's absence.

That means that last week's goalscorers Robert Snodgrass, Abel Hernandez, Jake Livermore and Mohamed Diame all start, with players like Sam Clucas, Shaun Maloney and Sone Aluko left on what looks to be a strong bench from Steve Bruce.
