The Arsenal midfielder is currently negotiating a new deal at the club.
The Germany star is currently negotiating a new deal at the Emirates that will see him extend his stay at the club he joined three years ago.
He has two years left on his current £140,000-per-week deal, a pay packet that already makes him the highest paid player at the club.
The Gunners are looking to increase that though to ensure he stays at the club for the foreseeable future.
According to the Mirror reports, with add-ons and bonuses, his new deal will see him hit £200,000-per-week, the first ever player to do be paid that amount by the club.
The amount is heavily weighted by several bonus factors, such as success, appearances, goals and knowing Ozil, assists.
They are confident the deal will be signed too, with the negotiations being described as a long way down the line.
While Ozil appears to be secured, the future of Alexis Sanchez is less certain, with a disappointing second season having sparked speculation about his position at the club.
