The winger is not set to feature against Brighton.
Sheffield Wednesday will be getting their play-off tie with Brighton and Hove Albion underway this evening, as they face off at Hillsborough for the first leg of their play-off semi-final.
Wednesday now have a chance at fighting their way back into the Premier League after many years in the Football League wilderness and Carlos Carvalhal will be hoping to guide them there.
He has made some shrewd signings since being with the club, with the likes of Barry Bannan, Fernando Forestieri and Gary Hooper looking shrewd moves.
Others have been less successful, such as Modou Sougou.

The summer arrival from Marseille has struggled to play regularly for the club since making his move to the club – despite early promise.
The 31-year-old has not featured for The Owls since January as he has fallen out of favour with manager Carvalhal. Now he is out injured and will be missing from the game but will be hoping to see his team-mates make it to the Premier League.
