Former Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City forward Rodney Marsh has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Ross Barkley should leave Everton in the summer transfer window.
Marsh made the comments following Everton’s 3-0 defeat to Sunderland away from home in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.
The performance of Roberto Martinez’s side against the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light was disappointing.
Barkley, who is 22 years of age and plays as an attacking midfielder, started the game and played for the first half.
