Trio tracking Bury forward Dudley

HITC Sport understands Premier League and Championship clubs are chasing Bury forward

A number of Premier League and Championship sides are tracking highly-rated Bury youngster Anthony Dudley, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.

Dudley spent the majority out on loan at National League side Guiseley, scoring 13 goals in 17 appearances during two spells at the club.

The 19-year-old netted five goals in seven games following his arrival at Guiseley before Bury recalled him in December and played him in two games over the festive period.

Dudley returned to Guiseley in January and ended the season there before featuring in Bury's final game of the campaign against Southend.

Dudley is highly-rated at Bury and the prolific striker only enhanced his growing reputation with Bury's goal in the Manchester Senior Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester United in midweek.

The likes of Bournemouth, Leeds and Brentford have all been alerted to Dudley's talents due to his goalscoring exploits on loan at Guiseley and are keeping tabs on his situation at Gigg Lane.

Bury are reluctant to lose one of their most prized assets, but are bracing themselves for interest in Dudley this summer.
