And 19-year-old Canos could be next, having returned from a successful spell on loan to Championship side Brentford.
Klopp told the Echo: "Sergi will be training tomorrow because he is back with us.
"He knows more about English football and it's possible he's available for Sunday. That's unbelievable and great.
"We will see how he feels. He did really good at Brentford and had a lot of time to play. For him it was really good."
A product of Barcelona's famed La Masia academy, Canos arrived at Anfield from the Catalan side in 2013.
After starring for Liverpool's Under-18 and Under-21 teams, the Spanish youth international was finally deemed ready for first team football last August, when Brentford acquired his services on a season-long loan.
And Canos was able to justify his signing with seven goals and five assists in this season's Championship, which ended in a respectable ninth-placed finish for the Bees.
Liverpool must better Southampton's result at the Hawthorns - or win and hope West Ham lose at Stoke - to avoid equalling their worst ever finish of eighth in the Premier League.
