The Belgian left-back claims he has always been a fan of Arsenal.
The left-back has been linked with a Premier League move this summer, with several sides said to be interested in his services.
Arsenal are reportedly among those, with La Derniere Heure claiming they, Everton, Tottenham Hotspur and Watford are all keen on the Belgian youngster.
A move to one of the bigger clubs was mooted as unlikely after the player had watched his brother Romelu Lukaku struggle while at Chelsea.
He though, has admitted that he has always been a fan of Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal.
“Do I see myself as a Premier League-bound? I don’t know,” he told thesetpieces.com
“It’s a league that would suit me. I have always been a fan of Arsenal, but I am mad about every Premier League club as long as the club doesn’t have to fight against relegation.”
A move to Arsenal would make sense too, with them reportedly set to allow Keiran Gibbs to leave this summer according to the Times.
That would leave them with just Nacho Monreal in the position, and perhaps Lukaku could be a smart option to prove back up for the Spaniard.
Whether he would be happy with that though is debatable, with him likely to want regular game time to continue his recent development rather than a place on the bench for the foreseeable future.
