Adam Le Fondre responds when asked if he would sign for Leeds

Adam Le Fondre played on loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers from Cardiff City this season.

Cardiff City striker Adam Le Fondre has refused to comment on social networking site Twitter whether or not he will join Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Le Fondre was asked by a follower on Twitter if he will move to the West Yorkshire outfit.

The 29-year-old striker did not give a direct answer, claiming that he is not a free agent yet.

Le Fondre has been on the books of Cardiff since 2014 and has a contract with the Welsh outfit until June 2017, according to

The Englishman played on loan for Championship rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers this season.

The striker failed to make a massive impact at the Molineux Stadium, scoring just three goals in 26 Championship appearances for Wolves.

Le Fondre created 16 chances, had a pass accuracy of 72% and a shot accuracy of 57%, and won 22 headers, five dribbles and four tackles.

Wolves finished 14th in the Championship this season, below Leeds and Cardiff City.
