The Arsenal midfielder is back fit and in contention for a place at Euro 2016.
The Arsenal star has missed the majority of this season after picking up an injury at the beginning of the campaign.
He has battled back though and is now fully fit, having featured for the Gunners in recent weeks.
He impressed when used as a substitute in the draw with Manchester City last weekend, appearing to be very sharp despite his long lay-off.
Every indication from England manager Roy Hodgson has been that Wilshere will be a part of the squad for Euro 2016 if at all possible, and Parlour believes he is a certainty to go.
“Jack got his chance with Welbeck going off at the weekend and I think he’s a certainty for the squad,” he told talkSPORT.
“A lot of the fans will say he doesn’t deserve to be in because he’s missed a big chunk of the season but Hodgson has already hinted that he’s going to be picking the players who got him there [to France].”
If Hodgson picks Wilshere for the squad, it will be interesting to see how the Three Lions line up.
England have a plethora of midfield options available to them this summer as well as up front, meaning there are serious questions about the formation they should employ.
Many want a 4-4-2 and if he opts for that, who he picks in central midfield in particular will be one of the major questions to answer in the tournament.
