Liverpool take on Sevilla in the final of the Europa League this month, having progressed past Villarreal in the last round.
They face a difficult evening against the Spanish side, who are the reigning champions and have won it for the last two years.
The Reds are confident of success though having overcome tough sides, such as Villarreal, Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United to get to this stage.
Their last two games in particular have seen them at their best, and Hamann says Klopp has promised that his side will play a good game in the final.
“I don’t think Liverpool do cagey these days,” he told talkSPORT.
“I spoke to the manager and he said ‘we will play a good game’. So I think it could be one of the classic finals with a few goals.”
While the Reds are confident of success, they would be unwise to underestimate Sevilla, who will prove go be tougher opposition than Villarreal were.
The Spanish side are very experienced in this competition, and just like Liverpool, have somewhat surrendered their league position to ensure success in this tournament.
Given the run Liverpool have gone on to get there though, there is no reason for them not to be in high spirits ahead of the final.
