A lot is going to be made of West Ham fans attacking Manchester United's team bus in the lead up to kick off last night, and rightly so.
The unacceptable scenes ahead of the last ever game at Upton Park could have repercussions with the FA, with West Ham's supporters letting themselves and the club down.
Yet amid the chaos and bad behaviour, two supporters were captured on camera doing a good deed, by helping out an innocent passer by.
The fans helped guide a woman and her young son through the crowd of rowdy and raucous behaviour so they could get through safety and injured, when they would have been understandably fearful for their safety.
It was just a small deed but one which should not necessarily go ignored, and should be acknowledged even if it will not go anywhere near to balancing out the negative press coverage the club will receive over the next 24 hours.
