Celtic loanee Liam Henderson netted for Hibernian against Falkirk.
Liam Henderson offered another reminder of his talent with an impressive display for loan side Hibernian last night.
Henderson is on a season long loan from Celtic, and netted the equaliser for Hibs in their play-off game against Falkirk.
He has made a valuable contribution for Hibernian this season, scoring five goals and providing 10 assists in the league before last night, showing he is ready for the rigours of regular football.
Celtic boss Ronny Deila did not believe he was, and this could have been an opportunity missed for the Norweigian despite their league title success.
The club have lacked an energy about them this season, and having a young player able to excite the fan base would have helped, as the enthusiasm for Kieran Tierney's breakthrough campaign has shown, one of the few bright spots.
Henderson is only 20, and has a contract at Celtic until 2018, and will want to make strides towards establishing himself next season.
Last night's display for Hibs was further evidence of him coming of age, and had Celtic fans on social media calling for their club to give him a chance next season.

Whoever gets the Celtic job next season, they ought to be giving Liam Henderson and Ryan Christie a run in the side.— Jurgenkloppisared (@MrDilk1ington) May 10, 2016
One of Deila's biggest mistakes was loaning out Henderson. Sich a promising player and it'll be cracking to have him back next season!— David Loughlin (@Daveed_Loughlin) May 10, 2016
