The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move to the Camp Nou, but insists he has not traveled to discuss a potential move.
Ben Arfa, who is a free agent in the summer, has been in blistering form for the Ligue 1 outfit, netting 17 goals in 33 games in his maiden season.
His recent impressive displays have seen the 29-year-old linked with several high-profile clubs across Europe, with Nice president Jean-Pierre Rivere claiming the Frenchman was in line for a move to Barcelona and had flown out to Catalonia for a tour of the club's facilities.
However, Ben Arfa has since moved to dispel those claims, telling Nice's official website: "I am not travelling abroad, contrary to what I have read. I am in Nice.
"I am only focused on the trip to Guingamp, like all of my team-mates. I am focused 100 per cent on my objectives with OGC Nice."
A move to the Spanish champions would complete an impressive turnaround for Ben Arfa, who enjoyed turbulent spells at Newcastle and Hull City before moving back to France.
Nice, who are currently fourth in the league, travel to Brittany this weekend on the back of a 2-0 win over St. Etienne, knowing that another victory could see them finish as high as third in the table.
