Robbie Savage suggests Norwich City should look at West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City in order to make themselves an established Premier League club.

Former Derby County midfielder Robbie Savage suggested on the BBC 606 5 live show on Saturday evening (May 7) that Norwich City should try to follow the examples set by West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City.

Norwich got promoted from the Championship at the end of last season, but they appear set to get relegated to Premier League at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.

The Canaries are a yo-yo club, and Savage believes that if they want to become a stable Premier League team, then they should look at West Brom and Stoke.

“I think the perfect team to look at is somebody like West Brom or Stoke, how they have managed to stay up,” said the former Leicester City midfielder on the BBC 606 5 live show on Saturday evening (May 7) when discussing the prospect of Norwich becoming an established Premier League club.

West Brom do not have play good football, but they have established themselves in the Premier League.

Under manager Tony Pulis, the Baggies have once again ascertained their place in the English top flight for the 2016-17 campaign.

Stoke have also become a regular in the Premier League in recent years, and have actually progressed this season.

The Potters are likely to finish in the top 10 this campaign, and that is certainly success for Mark Hughes’s side.
