West Ham United will face Manchester United in the Premier League on Tuesday.

West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has claimed on social networking site Twitter that the players will determined to win against Manchester United this week.

The Hammers will take on United at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.

The London outfit will head into their last ever competitive match at the Boleyn Ground on the back of a 4-1 defeat to Swansea City at home.

West Ham were expected to win against the Swans with ease, but their performance on Saturday afternoon left much to be desired.

Gold, though, is confident that Slaven Bilic’s side will bounce back from the defeat to Swansea against United.

West Ham’s chances of finishing in the top four of the Premier League are over, but United can claim a Champions League place.

Louis van Gaal’s side will head into the match on the back of a 1-0 victory over relegation candidates Norwich City away from home at Carrow Road in the Premier League.
