Onuoha, who has been on the books of QPR since 2012, has played each and every minute of the London club’s league and cup games this season.
Bhatia has been impressed with the 29-year-old defender’s performances this campaign and has described him as “incredible” on Twitter.
Congrats to The Chief and captain Nedum Onuoha for playing EVERY minute of ALL 48 @QPRFC league and cup games this season. Incredible.— Amit Bhatia (@Amit_Bhatia99) May 8, 2016
Onuoha has scored two goals and created 12 chances in 46 Championship matches for QPR this season.
The former Manchester City defender has a pass accuracy of 67% and a shot accuracy of 39%, and has won 126 headers, 31 dribbles and 57 tackles.
QPR finished 12th in the Championship table with 60 points from 46 matches.
It has been a disappointing season for the London outfit, who got relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2014-15 campaign, but perhaps next term Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s side will end up in the playoffs.
