Rangers boss Mark Warburton has told The Scottish Sun that he finds speculation linking him with the managerial job at Everton disrespectful.
According to a recent report in The Scottish Sun, Everton are interested in appointing Warburton as the manager in the summer.
It has been reported by The Scottish Sun that Warburton is a candidate to replace Martinez along with Manuel Pellegrini, Mark Hughes, David Moyes and Sean Dyche.
The Rangers boss, though, has made it clear that he is not interested in switching teams at the end of the season.
The former Brentford manager has also explained why it is disrespectful that he has been linked with the Everton job.
“I was linked to the Everton job and I find that really disturbing because there is a really top manager in situ and to be linked to that job is so disrespectful,” Warburton told The Scottish Sun.
Everton are a big club in England, but it is best for Warburton if he remains where he is. The Englishman has guided Rangers back to the Scottish Premiership, and he has a great chance of making himself a legend among the Gers fans if he wins the league title with them in the next two years.
