Joao Teixeira's contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
Popular Liverpool prospect Joao Teixeira has hinted at his impending release from the club, with a cryptic message posted to his Twitter page.
The Portuguese ace has featured briefly for the first team, and has played in seven first team games in all competitions this season for the Reds, scoring once.
The 23-year-old's contract expires at the end of the season, and last night he hinted he is set for pastures new, by posting a message referring to upcoming 'freedom'.

Teixeira impressed on loan at Championship side Brighton and Hove Albion last season, and is at the stage of his career where he needs to play regularly, with under-21 football not enough.
Leaving Liverpool, while unconfirmed, is in his best interests with the likes of Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino in front of him in the pecking order, and manager Jurgen Klopp still to bring in his own players.
Since signing from Sporting Lisbon, Teixeira has been a player who fans have had high hopes for, but he seems set to join the likes of Dani Pacheco and Suso as youngsters with big reputations who did not for one reason or another, build on that potential.
