Confirmed Celtic line-up to face Aberdeen: McGregor starts, Christie on the bench

Here is how Celtic will line up to face Aberdeen this afternoon.

Celtic starting line-up: Gordon; Lustig, Sviatchenko, Mulgrew, Tierney; McGregor, Bitton; Roberts, Rogic, Armstrong; Griffiths.

Celtic substitutes: Bailly, Ambrose, Izaguirre, Christie, Allan, Johansen, Janko.

Celtic can wrap up the Scottish Premiership title today as they take on second-placed Aberdeen at Celtic Park this afternoon.

The Bhoys are virtually guaranteed to win the title, as they sit nine points clear of Aberdeen with three games to play, whilst they also have a much better goal difference than the Dons as well.

A point today would seal the deal for Ronny Deila's men, and hand them a fifth Scottish Premiership title in a row, even if there have been some scares along the way this season.

Today, Deila - managing his penultimate home game as Celtic manager - has handed a start in midfield to Callum McGregor, and he will sit alongside Nir Bitton in front of the back four.

Tom Rogic, Stuart Armstrong and Patrick Roberts will support Leigh Griffiths in attack, with no sign of Colin Kazim-Richards in the squad at all.

The likes of Scott Allan, Stefan Johansen, Saidy Janko and Ryan Christie are all available from the bench this afternoon, with Celtic just a point away from being crowned champions yet again.
